About data we collect on The Analytics Club Website

Email List Information Collection

For each visitor who signs up for our email list, we collect only the email address requested on The Analytics Club signup form.

We use Convertkit for collecting and sending email newsletters to our subscribers. It's a widely used service complying with primary data protection laws. You can read more about Convertkit's privacy policy at

In our email messages, we may have information from third-party providers for relevant products and services that may be advertised or promoted within messages we send to you from this email list - the privacy policies of those third-party provider sites govern the method they collect use such information.

Use of Web Site Information Collected

We may use the information we collect to generate an aggregate demographic profile of our user base. We don't share individual information with any advertiser.

This helps us improve content and services, customize the content and/or layout of our email messages or pages for each visitor, notify you about updates to our website and services or product-related information via email, and is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes without your consent.

Installable Web App and Push Notifications.

Users may opt to install our website as a desktop or mobile app. It works the same way as it does in the browser. We don't collect extra information or use device native features (e.g., location) in the app mode.

Users may also opt to receive push notifications to their devices. When they do, they get notifications about new posts and updates to the website when we publish.

At TAC, we take your privacy seriously. Our email list management service provider also takes appropriate measures to protect your information. However, we cannot guarantee that the measures taken will be or remain adequate. We may also include links to other companies' websites in messages sent to our email list. CCPA Compliance: The Analytics Club does not buy or sell personal information.

The Analytics Club does not meet ANY of the three requirements for CCPA in terms of either 25M Gross Annual Revenue, obtaining PI from 50,000+ California residents, households, or devices per year, or earning 50% or more of annual revenue from selling California residents PI.
